Weight loss program

Seriously, the current me is bigger than me during the time I was studying in UiTM. Most probably bigger than when I was in KYPM Bangi. Just imagine, from 50 - 52 kg, I have gained around 12 to 15 kg at the time I worked with TNEC. The saddest part is I didn't even realized it. I kept saying to myself that it wasn't a big deal. It always fluctuate and it will never go up to more than 55 kg, I said. I must say, what a fool I have been. I shouldn't have think that and when I realized, it was too late. It was hard to reduce and it wasn't the same as the time I was in UiTM where my weight fluctuated but always go back to its usual state when a new semester begins. Then I kept wondering why won't it decrease.

Looking at me, having a hard time to lose weight, my mother offered me, London Weight Management and the cost will be fully covered by her. It was tempting but I didn't buy it. Why? I know my mom and most importantly this one burden wasn't hers to bear. Besides, I was determined to prove that slimming centres aren't the only solution available. So, what did I do? As a start, I cut my food intake daily to half. No more heavy breakfast. Goodbye nasi lemak, welcome oat. As for lunch & dinner, I take half cup rice with white meat and vegetables until today. However the progress was a bit slow. Then, I started working out. Fastwalking had become a must-do activity in the evening, everyday. To tell you the truth, I had a hard time to reduce a kilogram of weight. As I started to give up, good news came out. Despite of a slight changes in my weight, I managed to wear haf of my old clothes especially my old slacks. Exactly after three months of training, I stopped because of my skin tone. It was uneven and darker than usual.

Today, after almost five months, almost all of my old clothes fit perfectly except the pink kebaya that I wore on my graduation day. My current weight has maintained but I'm determined to shred a few more kilos before my 'big day' otherwise the ring won't fit.

The time we have...

The truth is, I have no idea of what should be written in my blog this time...currently, I am waiting for my mother inside my Viva while listening to the music saved in my notebook....since the 'big' date is getting near, I wonder when will I ever get the chance to pick up my mother as I'm doing right now after the 'big' day. A little bit sad, but I am relieved knowing that 'he' has already promised me that I can go back to my mother's house whenever I get the chance (though it only applies if I work with UiTM)...so, I pray everyday for this...to work with UiTM and be able to see my parents....not only my parents actually but also my siblings and my cats, Blang and Labu...gonna miss them...so much....

I really hope that 'he' will do his best to keep his promises to me...he promised a lot...but I really hope that this one promise comes first as I will do my best to keep mine, treating his parents like mine....my parents are important to me, the same as his....

Why? We don't know what will happen in the future...therefore, I would like to use all the time I have now to spend it with my families and his so that I won't have the time to regret why didn't I spend my time with when I still can...

Ramadhan...

Ramadhan thn ni mmg menyeronokkan....lain sikit drpd thn2 yg sblm ni....di saat saya akan menyambut Ramadhan & Aidilfitri dgn keluarga sy....ramai kwn2 yg akan sambut dgn penambahan ahli keluarga masing2....yg baru berkawhwin, mestila sambut dgn suami/isteri + family mertua di samping family yg dh sedia ada....yg dh lama kawen plak....sambut dgn anak yg mmg ditunggu2....ramai gak la yg dpt baby thn ni....yg paling best tu, timing nk dpt baby...kite hanya mampu merancang, Allah yg menentukan...dh baby nk lahir, nk buat cemane kan....rasa gembira dgn kehadiran baby tu, lupe la kejap psl x leh puasa & nk kene ganti puasa....ape lah sgt ganti puasa tu nk dibandingkn dgn ahli baru yg ditunggu2 nih, betul x??

Antara kwn2 yg baru dpt baby sama ade dlm bln puasa atau betul2 sblm puasa ni (yg saya ingat):

maybe ade ramai lg kot, tp sy x ingat tarikh....minta maaf kalau x tersenarai....

Tahniah diucapkan pd yg bakal beraya dgn anak masing2 buat kali pertama...x kira la kene ganti puasa atau pn x...hehe...marah pija kalau dengar ni....

Terharu...

Terharunya saya bile baca yg Amalina slalu bace blog saya....agaknye sbb ade byk masa kt umah kot psl org br pas bersalin ni mmg byk masa...asyik duduk kt umah je...susah nk bergerak byk....thanks ye amalina...saya pn suka bace blog awak....

Well...yg sebenarnya, saya ni bkn lah org yg rajin update blog...sbb kdg2 x tau nk letak ape...slalu tertanye tanye, x terlalu peribadi ke nk cerita banyak2....ade ker org yg bace...jadi sebab tu la saya jadi terlalu berhati-hati dlm memilih cerita...bukan sbb takut xde org nk baca, in fact saya x kisah pn, hak masing2...tapi sebab takut kalau2 cerita tu x sesuai dan menyinggung hati sesetengah pihak....bunyi mcm perasan je kan...mcm lah ramai sgt yg baca blog aku ni...tapi itu lah hakikatnye...mmg la org kate, pedulikan ape org nk kate...betul lah tu, kalau kite asyik dengar cakap org, kite akan jadi takut nk buat sesuatu, tapi, pada saya, kalau kite x amik tau ape yg org kate ttg kite, susah juga kite nk betulkan diri sdiri....ye lah...kadangkala kite perlukan bantuan org luar utk kite mengenali diri sendiri...itu pandangan saya je...korang mungkin ade pandangan korang sendiri....jangan amik ati ye...

Healin-Derma-X - 2nd Part

I've mentioned in the previous post that I've tried this cream....I said that it worked but I forgot to mention that it worked with leaving no scar on the right feet of mine....Well...after approximately a month using it, shocking but true...it works....the eczema has lessened and my skin has getting better...guess I have to buy another tube and use it for another month before it really heals...

p/s: alina, kalau awk nk gune utk hilangkan parut jerawat or operation pas bersalin, rasenye ade krim lain....yg ni khas utk masalah kulit yg seangkatan ngan eczema....pastu sy x tau org baru pas bersalin leh mkn gamat x...adik saya mkn gamat pas dia operate apendiks ari tu, luka dia cepat baik...xde bernanah pn....dlm sebulan dh leh gerak cm biasa...gi check doc pn skali je...

Healin-Derma-X

Eczema has been part of my life since I was little....sick of using cream prescribed by doctors (as it may cause overweight-as mentioned by my sister), so I opt for Derma-X Healin which contains gamat or sea cucumber as main ingredient. The shocking part was the price...for a tube of 20g, the price is RM 57....determined to use as I've tried this cream before and it seems to be working, I bought it....when my mom asked how much...I mentioned the price and she replied "sakit orang kaya"....

I have a camera!!

I'm so happy....I bought a digital camera on 15th June...This is the 1st digicam that I bought myself....seronot sangat...pas beli tu, gi makan kat Delifrance....my treat....as a token of appreciation to him...then I snapped a picture of the dessert that we had....which is my favourite...bread pudding with ice cream (musnah dietku selama 5 bulan).....I must admit, this is the most delicious one, so far....well, I ate a lot of them at different hotels (sumenye masa buka pose kt hotel waktu keje dulu)....but this one taste better....might encounter a better one than Delifrance's, tapi mungkin lambat lagi kot...

So, enjoy the photo...with a little bit of enhancement using photoshop & photoscape....

More photo editing...

I used similar photo as the one that have been posted before....This time it is a combination of 2 image editing softwares...photoshop & photoscape...the image was retouched using photoshop and enhanced by photoscape....well, let's take a look!!

Another photo editing work!!

I'm addicted to photo editing nowadays...though it's far from the one made by professionals....somehow I love to do it...!!

This time I used photoscape to do this editing....I just added border & some texts....don't need to edit anything on the picture itself coz we were slimmer during that time....wish could turn back time, back into a thinner me....except a little adjustment on the contrast, colour etc. Comments please....

Congratulations!! Cute sgt anak ko!! Nama pn panjang lebar, Haifa Husna Azzahra...ala2 Arab gitu...tapi nama2 kite sume pun mmg nama Arab pn kan?? Nurul Hidayah, Nor Azimah, Nur Amalina...kalo pakai nama melayu, sure la yg kuar tu nnt, Melati ke, Mawar ke, tu pn dh kire curik nama bunga...yg penting, ape makne nama anak ko tu azie??

Photoshop...

I just learnt photoshop recently...on my own...by trial n error...for someone below amateur like me, this is the best that I can do....what do u think??
